FTB suspended non profit Corporation

More details to this question:
I am a shareholder in a California Non profit corporation. I am familiar with what a suspend corporation can and cannot do, however I can find no information to this question: Can a suspended California Corporation conduct shareholder meetings and elect officers while suspended?

Tax-exempt corporaitons do not have shareholders.  Do you mean directors?

A suspended corporation cannot conduct any business or activities until it is revived.
